2K elasticity paint series, the film feels like soft rubber, with elasticity, the transparent color shade and gentle matt surface effect. Together with all kinds of colored basecoat, it shows different effect on different substrates and primer. With good adhesion on rigid plastics such as ABS, mostly are used for handy plastics products.

1. Stir:

Before applying, use the metal pole to stir the settling of the bottom completely.

Ratio of dilution:

(Before spraying, disperse the paint with the curing agent and filter by the mesh.)
TX-B curing agent will be solidified and useless after long time contacting with air, we suggest that after using, you should clean the lid and nozzle with solvent completely.

2. Spraying

Before spraying, keep the plastic parts oil-free, clean and dry. Surface could be treated by our de-soil oil.

a、 Narrow the spraying nozzle, decrease the pressure, keep wet enough, and continue spraying 3-4 layers.

Diameter of spraying nozzle: 1.0 -1.5mm

pressure for spray ： 2.5 ～ 4.0kg /cm2

Distance between the nozzle and the parts: 100 -150mm

3. Drying

After spraying, baking in 60 ～ 70 ℃ /30-40min(cannot be physically dried)

Shelf life: 1 year/ 25 ℃ (sealed, undiluted). After diluted, please use out within 2-4hr. (If over storage limitation, tested by our suggested items, if qualified, could still be used)
